Mrs. Morgan Jobe Named Principal of Manhattan Virtual Academy
Mrs. Jobe currently serves as English Language Arts and Family Consumer Science Teacher for Manhattan Virtual Academy. She has been in that role since 2020. Prior to that, she was an English Language Arts and AVID Teacher at Manhattan High School and Junction City High School.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction Education Administration from Kansas State University.
“I am honored to step into the role of Principal at Manhattan Virtual Academy,” states Jobe. “This school community means so much to me, and I am excited to continue working alongside our incredible staff, students, and families to build on the strong foundation already in place while we strengthen and grow our program."
“We are excited to have Mrs. Morgan Jobe lead MVA moving forward,” state Superintendent Eric Reid. “MVA is such a special program for USD 383, and it will be exciting to see its growth while remaining connected to the culture that makes it special.”
The USD 383 Board of Education acted on the appointment during the April 15th meeting. She will begin her role in July, 2026. She replaces Brooke Blanck. Ms. Blanck is retiring in June, 2026.
